General Philosophy and Agreement
Milara, Inc. sponsors the web site milarasmt.com (the "Site"). As a company, we want to build user trust and confidence in the Internet by using fair information practices and by demonstrating our commitment to your privacy. Therefore, we are disclosing to you our policies concerning the use of personal information collected via the Site ("Policy") as in effect on July 10, 2006. We reserve the right, in our discretion, to change, modify and delete provisions of this Policy at any time, provided we will attempt to comply with applicable data protection laws and regulations. Information Collection and Use
In order to use some of the facilities accessible through this Web site, you must first complete a registration form that requires you to give your contact information, including name, email address and password. This information is used to contact you about the services on our Site for which you have expressed an interest. We may not be able to provide information regarding our services if you do not provide this information. Milara is the sole owner of the data and information collected on this Site, which we may use to track your activities and administer the Site; to contact you about new services, features and changes on our Site; for internal review and analysis; and for external sanitized (i.e. not personally identifiable) studies and reports. We can use your personal information as authorized until you notify us that you are withdrawing this authorization (and for 30 days after, to provide us sufficient time to remove your information from our databases, mailing lists and the like). We will not use your information, or sell, share, rent or otherwise disclose it to others, except as described in this Policy.
Cookies, IP Addresses and Log Files
A cookie is a piece of data that we store on your hard drive and that may contain information about you and your computer. This promotes ease of communication between your computer and the Site and enables us to target relevant announcements and promotional material to you. This is group data that breaks down information about the broad characteristics of our users and is not linked to personal information that can identify individual persons.

However, if Milara is sold to a new owner, whether by merger, stock sale, asset sale or other means, we retain the right to transfer your user data and information to the new owner, provided that owner agrees to respect the Policy in effect with respect to this personal data.
This Site takes reasonable precautions to protect against misuse or unauthorized disclosure of your personal information, both online and off-line, but it does not take special precautions, such as secure socket layers, to protect information from unauthorized tampering. Members will sometimes receive advertising, promotions and information about our own or third parties' products and services.
